Your Ellis School Counselors are here for all 5th graders as students and families prepare to transition to middle school.

Student's living within the Ellis Elementary boundary lines will be zoned for one of three middle schools: Unity Braxton Middle School, Bull Run Middle School or Parkside Middle School. To determine where your student is zoned for middle school you can simply put your current address into PWCS' school finder here:PWCS School Finder.

Students also have the option to apply to a specialty middle school that is not their neighborhood middle school but instead offers special programming in a specific topic area that interests the student/family. Students must submit applications for these schools by the deadline of February 1, 2026.
