Michelle Elliott is proud to serve as an Assistant Principal at Ellis Elementary School. Mrs. Elliott brings 17 years of experience in education, having served as a classroom teacher, Instructional Technology Coach, and Administrative Intern. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to supporting students, empowering teachers, and building positive school cultures where all learners can succeed.
Mrs. Elliott earned her Bachelor of Arts in English and Master of Teaching in Elementary Education from Virginia Commonwealth University. She also earned her Educational Leadership Certificate from James Madison University. Her experiences as a teacher, Instructional Technology Coach, and school leader have reinforced her commitment to creating positive learning environments where students, families, and staff can thrive. She is passionate about fostering strong school-family partnerships and believes that collaboration between home and school is essential to student growth and success.
Mrs. Elliott values strong relationships, open communication, and creating a sense of belonging for every member of the school community. She is excited to partner with students, families, and staff as we continue to build a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence at Ellis Elementary. Many Explorers, One Crew!
